I also wear only pads. I have tried tampons a couple of times, but i would do it wrong and had to pull it out....SO painful!!!!! So it scared me from using tampons

I use tampons. I have a very active lifestyle and I find that padsfeel too bulky and less leak-proof than a tampon and a thin panty liner. Also, if you guys are at all interested in giving tampons a try again, I would used Tampax Pearl or something that doesn't have a cardboard tube. It makes it much easier to get the tampon into the right position.

LOLLL  michelle phan you are tooo cute!!! i am glad that you are tackling this topic! especially since there are many young girls who look up to you! :). i personally use both interchangably, its mostly what i need it for that day. tampons if i will have a busy day and i dont want to feel uncomfortable (i know odd after reading your post) and pads if i have a heavy flow. tampons are mostly used for womyn who participate in sports! its very handy for them, especially swimmers! but there is a way for you put tampons in easily and not feel uncomfortable! (you just have to go deep enough) ok...so...that was a little weird writing that....but if it helps anyone haha, just dont go too deep obviously! good luck everyone!

I tried a few times, but I just couldn't!
I finally succeded last year, because it was either that or not being able to go to the beach >.<
But I hate them, so I only use them if I'm going to the beach.

Pads always will be pads for me,tampons bothers me too mucho....so give it up for pads girls lol

I use the Diva cup, it's very environmentally friendly!  Since I am an athlete, it makes sense to me to use it over pads/tampons.

Only pads. My mom is totally against the idea of tampons. Plus, i'm doubtful about them too.
